MUDGEERBA HALL FACILITIES
Flexibility
Mudgeeraba Hall has been designed to meet the needs of a wide range of users. Whether your group is small or large, the Hall may be readily configured to optimise your use at a reasonable cost, whether you are seeking a one off hire or a regular booking. We are happy to discuss your needs and advise you of the available options by telephone or simply submit an online contact form and we will be in touch.
Location
Located in the heart of the historic village of Mudgeeraba at the foothills of the Gold Coast Hinterland, the Hall is centrally located only minutes from the Pacific Motorway and 20 minutes from Gold Coast Airport. Parking is available opposite and there is street parking and at Mudgeeraba Market Shopping Centre. Cafes and shops are literally next door, so your patrons can socialise before or after your session.
Catering
The equipped kitchen is available to all users. Microwaves, tea and coffee making facilities, refrigeration and a servery enable users to undertake their own catering and liquor licences may also be applied for. The Hall is also able to refer users to reputable local businesses and organisations which can fully cater your food and beverage requirements. Tables and chairs are included in the hiring enabling you to arrange seating of your choice.
Audiovisual & Lighting
Audiovisual and lighting equipment is included in the hiring fees are easy to connect audio and projector services. Just bring your mobile device or laptop to create your own musical, visual effects and PowerPoint presentations. Wifi microphones are also provided. Should you require more sophisticated presentations, we can recommend reputable local audiovisual service providers and DJ,s to make your event a success.
Flooring
Many users require a sprung timber floor for dance and exercise classes and events. the Hall features a sprung crows ash timber floor which is these days a rarity.
Disability Access & Toilets
Disability access and toilets: Disabled off street access is provided in addition to a disabled toilet on the same level. There are two toilets in the Hall and a substantial toilet block on the lower level accessible by walkway.
Stage
The raised stage is available for theatre, presentation events, public meetings, religious services and live music. We provide a mobile or laptop connectivity to our sound system / mixer. We also provide entry reception, stage lighting, curtain and dressing room.

Meeting Room
A small meeting/conference room is available for hire. Facilities include a 50inch flat screen TV, large boardroom table and chairs, air-conditioning and free WIFI.
